This Doctor Who cursor set should be compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and 7. Unfortunately, I don't think it will work for Mac computers. Sorry!
This cursor set is free and fan-made. It contains no viruses, malware, or extraneous files. It is for personal use only, and is not to be copied, sold, or otherwise distributed under any circumstances. Doctor Who, the TARDIS, and daleks are the property of the BBC.Phew.
Now that the legal stuff is out of the way...INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
(Windows 7 Users: Extra steps must be taken in Windows 7 to ensure your cursors load every time you log on. Follow these steps instead. -> [link]
1.) Download the .rar file
2.) Open the .rar file using an archive editor, such as WinRAR. WinRAR is free and can be found here -> [link]
3.) Extract the files to whatever location you prefer; I'd suggest making a separate folder to put them in, just so they're easier to find.
4.) Go to the Control Panel, and find the Mouse settings. In category mode, Mouse settings are under the Hardware and Sound category.
5.) When the Mouse settings (or Mouse Properties) window comes up, go over to the Pointers tab. Here you should see a list of all your current cursors.
6.) To change a cursor, select it in the list. Click "Browse" at the bottom of the window, then find the cursor you want wherever you extracted those files earlier. I've labelled them with their suggested uses, but feel free to pick and choose or mix and match.
7.) Once you have your new cursor selected, click "Apply" and enjoy!
So yeah, I got bored and made a Doctor Who cursor set. It was fun, but it also made me stay up way too late. I know it's incomplete, but these are the only cursors I like to change, so meh. I guess tomorrow I'll see if there's a way to make them usable on a Mac, 'cause I know someone's
going to want to use them. *cough*Bri
